‘Ello! Hee, I made a minor addition to this Epilogue, thinking of what DG, or now SoK, said about Dawn. XD It used to just say “The Elf Dawn was exiled from the Seda clan for harming a Spirit.” So, now it’s a lil’ different than the one I gave my Mythology teacher, so I changed the rating as well, just in case. Hee!

Epilogue

“So what happened, M’lady?” little Sepoña asked eagerly. She and Alana leaned closer to the Elder to hear the end of the story.

“This is what came to be,” said the Elder.

“The Elf Dawn was exiled from the Seda clan for harming a Spirit. She wandered the Forest, eating nothing, for she was not accepted by any other clan. Eventually she crawled into a damp cave, where she died due to terrible rashes all over her skin. Insects consumed her flesh.

“Gia and Erik prayed to the Great Spirits to grant their wish to be together...”

Years Later...

Gia

I am Gia. I was born from an enchanted flower, as a Butterfly Spirit.

But I am not a Spirit any longer.

I have a body now- an Elfin body, and I still have my butterfly wings.

And I will spend the rest of my days happily with my husband. We may look different, but we do not care.

Erik

I am Erik, an Elf.

Perhaps I should not say that any longer.

The Great Spirits are all-powerful and kind. They gave me wings in order to be with my wife, Gia.

I am now a proud father. My first child is a beautiful girl, with wings similar to mine- transparent jade-green, only without a jagged edge. Her name is Lovette- “little loved one,” our jewel.

My new family has taken up a new name. We are not Elves any longer. The Great Spirits gave the name to us.

We are Fairies.
