Baby, can’t you see
I’m calling
A guy like you
Should wear a warning
It’s dangerous
I’m fallin’
There’s no escape
I can’t wait
I need a hit
Baby, give me it
You’re dangerous
I’m lovin’ it
Too high
Can’t come down
Losing my head
Spinning ‘round and ‘round
Do you feel me now
With a taste of your lips
I’m on a ride
You're toxic I'm slipping under
With a taste of a poison paradise
I’m addicted to you
Don’t you know that you’re toxic
And I love what you do
Don’t you know that you’re toxic
Toxic

Chapter 14
Toxic
“Dad let me explain–” I tried to say as we drove home in silence.
“I really don’t want to hear anything from you tonight. I never thought I’d have to come and get you from the principal’s office for fighting. Your brothers I expect this from. But you–” my dad said as he drove. His hands were gripped around the steering wheel so hard that his knuckles turned white. He clenched his lips together and refused to say anything else. I feared he was going to blow up any second.
“You’re grounded until further notice. Nothing after school or on the weekends. You come straight home and you stay home.”
“But dad! I have obligations to the newspaper. I have to attend the sporting events to get pictures and be able to write the articles. This means a lot to Kate, you don’t want to punish her for something I’ve done and besides I was already banned from the carnival.” I argued as I tried to get as much information and a little bit of guilt in as I could. I only had once chance to state my case. I had to make it good. But the principal had banned Sara and me from attending the carnival at the end of the month. Apparently our parents agreed that it was a fair enough punishment instead of community service or detention.
“Fine, you’re allowed to go to those events that are helpful to the newspaper, but only those events!” he muttered after a few minutes of silence in which he dwelled on what I had to say. I huffed and stared out the window as I felt a few tears prickle my eyes.
The carnival was the one thing I looked forward to every year. The seniors arranged all the donations and what rides and booths are going to be set up but the administration usually takes over in the end. It’s a big event for the school as it’s a major fund raiser for the senior class and whatever other activities they feel like donating too. Most of the time they donate the money to the arts program or science department that are over looked a lot of the time. One year the journalism group was given a few thousand dollars to help with supplies.
I hadn’t missed one carnival since pre-school.
Once we reached home he told me to go to my room and that we’d discuss the rest of my punishment when the rest of the family got home. I could hardly contain myself as I anticipated the next few hours. I was so dead. I wondered if they were going to let me live another year and a half so I could at least graduate high school. The last sixteen years would have been such a waist.
I went to my room and fell asleep from exhaustion. I woke up a few hours later; I slept through dinner, when Quinn came in to get me.
“The executioner’s await.” he joked as he walked downstairs with me.
“Very funny.” I muttered as I pushed him aside.
We got downstairs and were met with the entire family in the living room. Teddy and Nolen sat on the love seat and looked like they were drunk and stoned. Kate sat in the chair to the side and looked like a list was running through her head of all the things she should have been doing rather than being present at a family meeting, which was my fault. Christopher sat on the end of the couch and sighed loudly as Quinn and I took the last two seats beside him. I looked at my feet. If my parents didn’t kill me then my brothers and sister were going to.
“Alright everyone,” My dad said in a fake cheerful tone. I winced when he spoke. My eye was swelled shut and my lip hurt. My mom walked over to me from the kitchen. She carried a sack of frozen peas and some Neosporin which she applied to my lip and eye before she handed me the peas to place on my eye.
“Dad can we hurry this up, I have an Academic Club meeting in an hour and I still have to prepare my speech–" Kate started to say before my dad interrupted her.
“We’ll be done in plenty of time for your meeting.” he paused and looked at all of us. “I’m sure you all know by now about Jennifer’s little adventure this afternoon, she’s already been banned from the school carnival by the principal but I think some more punishment should follow.”
“Though the fact that you have a lovely shiner to account for you’re fighting doesn’t have anything to do with going easy.” My mom joked as she wrapped her hands around my face and kissed my forehead. I cracked a grin.
“So why are we all hearing this?” Teddy commented with a yawn.
“Good question, Theodore.” my dad continued. “We also think this is a good time to give you all a little incentive for not getting into trouble. Excluding Kate who has a meeting to get to, and Christopher who has a competition–“
”Kate are you able to drop him off on the way to your meeting?” my mom interrupted.
“Sure, its downtown isn’t it?” Kate asked. Christopher nodded in reply and stared at his piano in the corner of the living room. He looked like he wanted to play pretty bad. “That shouldn’t be a problem; we’re meeting at Barnes and Noble.”
“Good, what time does your meeting end because if you could pick him up that will be helpful as well since you’ll have the car.” my mom continued to make arrangements with Kate.
“It ends around nine, so that shouldn’t be a problem if he doesn’t mind waiting.”
My dad cleared his throat which interrupted my mom’s reply. She looked confused for a second. “Oh, sorry. Continue with their punishment, I mean life lesson.”
My dad rolled his eyes before he returned to the rest of us. “As your mother stated we’re going to be doing a life lesson today, just to warn the rest of you of what you would be doing on your own time if this ever happens again.”
“Get to the point dad” Nolen muttered.
“Chores. All day tomorrow, if you finish one we’ll find something else for you do to. This house is going to be sparkling clean by the time you’re done.” my dad said with a stern glare toward Nolen.
My three brothers erupted in complaints.
“What!”
“We didn’t even do anything!”
“That’s not fair!”
“Why are we being punished?”
“This is ridiculous!”
“I can’t believe your making us do chores today!”
“Jen’s the one who screwed up!”
“Be quiet!” my dad yelled. “Nolen I want you to mow and rake the yard, Teddy, you can do the garage, Jen you can have the downstairs, Quinn the bathrooms. I want everyone’s room’s immaculate. Whoever finishes first will start on the attic. The windows, inside and out, need to be cleaned. The gutters need to be cleaned of leaves. We’ve got a busy day ahead of us guys. NO complaining! I don’t want to hear your excuses; I shall see each and every one of you in the morning.”
Everybody stood and grumbled as they left the room. I stayed where I sat with the peas over my eye and looked around the room. If it was possible it looked worse than it did when I had come down ten minutes ago. I think the guys sabotaged it on purpose. Of course if I was in their position I would be upset too. The only one I really felt sorry for was Quinn. He most likely didn’t do anything wrong. Teddy and Nolen, I’m almost positive, have done something illegal recently. They deserved this. I think that’s part of the reason my dad assigned these chores. He gave Quinn the easiest one though.
My dad woke us up at six o’clock the next morning to get started on the chores. I really hated my life sometimes. I sighed and dropped the frozen corn my mom had given me this morning onto the side table as I started to clear the living room of clothes, old newspapers, shoes, books and anything else that was lying around. Four hours later when I had finished the entire down stairs, which consisted of the living room, family room, kitchen, dinning room, and laundry room (I had to do the nine loads of laundry that sat in there). Apparently it took seven hours for the guys to do the yard and garage because they still hadn’t come in. Of course I think my dad added the gutters and windows to Nolen’s list because of his attitude.
I headed up to the attic and started to organize things. We hadn’t been up there for years. It was mainly used as storage. Two hours later I was still up there and had made no progress at all. I kept stopping to look through old photo albums or play with something else. I loved looking through older things from our childhood and my parents. I found an old saxophone that my dad used to play. I dusted if off and blew into it. It squawked and made a breathy noise.
“Wow, you suck.” Andrew laughed coming up the last few stairs of the attic ladder with a chuckle.
“Gee thanks.” I muttered as I set it aside and stared at him. “What are you doing here?”
“Teddy called and said he was in hell. I thought I’d come over and get a start on my tan. I’m supposed to bring this to you.” He handed me a packet of frozen broccoli that was wrapped in a paper towel. I grinned and placed it against my eye. The cooling sensation washed over my face which had been burning. It felt so good. “Thanks.” I said with a sigh.
“That’s a pretty good shiner you’ve got there.” he laughed.
“So I’ve been told.”
“I’m sure you did a good one on Sara as well.”
“No, not really. She beat the crap out of me pretty well.” I laughed.
“Aw, poor baby.” Andrew teased as he ran his finger along the side of my face.
I shuddered. Suddenly it felt a hundred times hotter up there than it usually was.
“Yeah,” I said.
Stupid.
Stupid.
Stupid.
Why did I say ‘yeah’?
“Yeah.” Andrew echoed placing a fallen hair behind my ear with a chuckle. “So, inquiring minds want to know, how did this little spat get started in the first place?”
“I have no idea.” I muttered moving a stack of photo albums to a box so I could sit down on the trunk.
“You seem to be on a roll with that lately.”
“With what?”
“Not knowing,” he muttered with a sigh.
“Andrew,” I started.
“Don’t worry about it Jen.” Andrew muttered as he turned around. “I should get going. I said I’d help Nolen wash out the gutters.”
“Okay,” I nodded in reply and watched him leave.
Why was I such an idiot!
Good lord I’m going to end up digging my own grave soon.
“Hey,” Shannon greeted Friday afternoon when she walked into my room. I sat up from where I was lying down on my bed and smiled. Michelle walked in behind her and the two of them spread out around my room. My dad had agreed to let them spend the night since I hadn’t seen any friends all week. Of course I think my mom took part in convincing him but I was okay with that.
“How have you been lately?” Michelle asked pointing towards my eye which had eventually opened up. It only made me look like I was squinting at everything now.
“It’s gotten better.” Shannon added with another smile. I grinned and nodded.
“Yeah, it does feel one hundred times better than it did last week.” I confirmed.
“I have to admit you gave us quite a scare when you showed up to school with it yesterday.” Shannon said with a laugh as she examined her profile in the mirror. She was referring to the fact that I had been suspended Monday through Wednesday and wasn’t allowed to see anybody in the afternoons
“I didn’t think it was going to be this bad.” I muttered.
“Let me see if I can make it look any better.” Michelle muttered getting out her cover-up and eye shadow to have a go at my eye and the bruising around it.
“Gee thanks, good to know I look terrible.” I replied with a laugh.
“Well you do.” Michelle said.
An hour later we were running down the stairs to leave for the football game. I had the yearbooks camera with me which I showed my dad with a grin so he couldn’t stop me from leaving the house. He simply gave me a small glare in reply before setting a pretty strict curfew. I was determined to get home fifteen minutes early so he would have no room to complain.
We piled into Michelle’s car and followed Andrew who was driving his truck with Quinn, Nolen and Teddy inside. When we arrived at the school stadium it was hard to find parking. We were able to snag a tight spot in the main parking lot because Michelle drove a tiny car but the guys had to get one in the over flow parking lots.
Finding seats at the game was easier than expected. Well, for me it was. I got inside free from flashing my newspaper badge, which Kate had almost forgotten to give me, and was escorted down to the field with the players in order to take up close and personal pictures. I snapped a few of the guys standing around watching the game and a lot of the players on the field. I was shocked when half time came around and I had already filled up four rolls of film. I decided that was enough and went back to the stands to hunt down my friends.
I found Michelle and Shannon in line for snacks with what seemed to be half the fans from the stands. I squeezed into the line with them and showed them a few of the digital pictures I had taken with my personal camera before asking where our seats were. They directed me towards the stands and pointed to a line of boys that I recognized as my brothers. I quickly asked Michelle to get me a soda and sprinted from the line before she could protest.
I saw Andrew and the guys sitting in a row watching the marching band perform on the field. I snapped a picture of them because it looked amusing before joining them.
“The first half was awesome.” Teddy commented as I sat down beside him and removed the camera from around my neck.
“Yeah I know. Though I barely focused on what was actually happening since I was taking so many pictures.” I replied as the marching band moved in a fancy formation and started up and old classic tune and I snapped away on the camera.
“Did you get any good one of the guys?” he asked referring to Guy, Scotty and Leo who were all starters on our football team.
“A couple.” I replied with a smirk though I would later tell him that since the guys were our quarterback, wide receiver and running back, they basically dominated the field.
“Jesus, that took forever.” Michelle muttered climbing up the bleachers and taking the empty seat next to me. Her hands were full of hot dogs and chips. Behind her came Shannon who was laden down with every soda imaginable to man. Shannon told Michelle not the take the Lord’s name in vain and passed the sodas down the line behind the food. The guys thanked them as everyone sorted out who got what.
I caught Andrew’s eye in the midst of all the commotion and smiled. He grinned and winked before taking a large bite out of his hot dog. I suppose I was going to have to say something to him eventually. We still had an awkward and tense relationship since the weekend at the lake.
When the game was over we watched our peers storm the field in happiness that we’d won with a laugh. We slowly made our way through the crowd that was leaving and piled into our cars. Once we reached our house, where Andrew was conveniently staying the night as well, we all filed inside one by one. Andrew caught my arm before I got inside and pulled me back towards the driveway.
“Can we talk?” he asked. I shrugged since I apparently didn’t have a choice in the matter. I wonder what he wanted to talk about.
“Sure, what do you want to talk about?” I asked nonchalantly.
“I want to call a truce.” He said staring at me.
“A truce?” I replied with a smile. Was he kidding me?
“Yeah, a truce.” He shrugged with a grin. “This whole tension between us is getting annoying. I want to go back to the way things were before.”
“You want to go back to biting each other’s head off?” I asked.
“Not that far back. Like August back.”
“Okay.”
“What?” he sounded surprised that I’d agreed so quickly.
“I said okay.” I giggled. I actually giggled. “A truce sounds good. I was starting to pull my hair out from how awkward you were acting around me.”
“I beg to differ.” He teased walking backwards toward the door. I followed and crossed my arms over my chest with a smile. “I believe it was you who was acting awkward around me.”
“Fear not dear Andrew, you were acting like the time you punched a hole in the wall and couldn’t bring yourself to tell your parents. It was eating you inside for days.”
“If I remember correctly you had been the one holding the shower rack which produced the hole in the wall.”
“You interrogated me.”
“But you still did it.”
“And you got blamed for egging me on.” We walked inside laughing and met everyone in the living room. After watching two movies Michelle, Shannon and I retreated to my bedroom. Kate was already in there asleep so we decided to go to bed so we wouldn’t disturb her.
“What did Andrew want earlier?” Michelle asked as we were changing.
“He called a truce.” I replied pulling a tank top over my head and removing my bra. I hated wearing a bra.
“Are you two at war?” Shannon giggled crawling into my bed. She and Michelle would share it while I doubled up with Kate. Kate never cared.
“It practically felt like it.” I replied with a smile pulling on some very short striped shorts. I loved wearing them to bed. I crawled in beside my sister and snuggled against her warm back. She stirred a little bit but didn’t move much. She was use to my random spouts of sleeping with her.
Around three in the morning I woke up to dehydration. My mouth was gaping for water. I tried to ignore it and tell myself to go back to sleep but it was going nowhere. I hated tap water so I couldn’t just go to the bathroom. I rolled out of bed and trooped downstairs for some water. I was surprised that the kitchen light was already on but not surprised to see Andrew sitting on the counter eating out of our tub of ice cream.
I laughed and got a glass down for water. After drinking some and nodding hello to Andrew I grabbed the gallon of milk from the fridge and an extra spoon before hopping up beside him. I popped off the top of the milk and poured some into the ice cream. Andrew hated when I did this. He glared and handed me the tub. I smiled and dug my spoon into it.
“I can’t believe you eat it with milk.” He muttered.
“It makes it taste more like a milkshake.” I replied with a shrug.
“Disgusting.” He murmured taking a spoon full and eating it. He obviously wasn’t picky. I still laughed.
“Says the boy who eats his chips with ketchup and mustard.” I muttered.
“Don’t knock it, that’s a good combination.” He replied.
“Sure it is.” I rolled my eyes and grinned. We sat in silence for a while taking turns from the tub of ice cream. I slid the large spoonful around in my mouth and let it melt on my tongue. I closed my eyes and sighed against the delicious taste. It made me want a real milkshake.
“I’ll take you to get one tomorrow then.” Andrew said.
“Huh?” I blinked and looked at him.
“You just said you wanted a real milkshake.” He grinned.
“Oh, okay then.” I shrugged and leaned over him to get another spoonful.
“Lets go watch a movie.” He suggested hopping down from the counter. I had my spoon in my mouth and was comfortable where I was sitting. I really didn’t want to move. I looked at him with one eye closed and simply stared.
“What?” he asked.
“I don’t want to move.” I shrugged and sighed. The kitchen felt warm and comforting. Andrew sighed and walked towards me. He turned around and pointed towards his back. I smiled and wrapped my legs and arms around his neck and waist as he proceeded to give me a piggyback ride to the living room. He threw me backwards onto the couch and I fell down with a plop.
“What do you want to watch?” he asked crouching down in front of our massive collection of DVD’s and rummaging through them.
“Don’t care.” I said with a yawn as I finished off the carton of ice cream. I set it aside and pulled my feet up underneath me while I watched Andrew pick something out. I hadn’t realized before that he was only wearing a pair of black fleece pajama pants. It was a humid night after all. He finally picked the musical Newsies and sat down beside me.
“I didn’t know you liked this movie?” I stated smiling and nudging him in the ribs with my elbow.
“It’s the rare one that I can stand.” He muttered in reply with a smile as he wrapped his arm around my shoulder. I smiled and moved closer to him. I snuggled up against his chest and pulled my legs across his lap.
Halfway through the movie I looked up and saw Andrew watching me. It was close to five in the morning and I was in a sleepy state of mind. I reached up and ran my hair through Andrew’s hair a few times. He already had his fingers entwined in my locks and a small smile spread across his face. I turned slightly towards him and leaned upwards until our lips brushed lightly. He sighed and closed the distance between us for a longer, more drawn out kiss. I smiled against his lips and pulled away.
My head fell against his shoulder in comfort and I closed my eyes in content. A few minutes later I fell asleep with a grin on my face.
By the next week I was thoroughly confused. Rumors were spreading around the school about why Sara and I had fought and everyone had their own opinions about things. My personal favorite was the one where Sara and I were both pregnant with Andrew’s children and had just found out he was cheating on both of us. Like I said, there were a lot of different interpretations. My brothers didn’t like any of them.
I was also confused about what was going on with Andrew and me. After what happened on my couch things were kinda…weird. We joked around and acted decent to each other, but there was still that underline awkwardness between us.
I walked out to the hilltop the overlooked the tennis courts and sat down to think. I had the school camera with me and decided to take a few aerial shots to please the hordes of girls who liked to see the athletes at work but always had class during the practice times.
Life was getting confusing. I wanted was to be with Andrew but I didn’t know how to tell him. I’d finally been able to admit that to myself. Now all I had to do was admit that to him. But there was never the right moment to say something to him. Whenever we were alone it was for no longer than a few minutes and then someone else would interrupt. It wasn’t like we talked about relationships either. That’s something you have to build up to in a conversation and Andrew and I never quite got there in time.
Quinn reminded me that I needed to tell him soon or he would be taken by somebody else. I hit him in the shoulder for that one. I didn’t need anyone else to pressure me.
I pulled on my hair in frustration as I screamed into the ground. I watched the guys play below. Andrew looked so cute in his tennis whites. I wanted to push him up against the chain link fence and rip his clothes from his body in order to—
I had to stop daydreaming about Andrew
I sat there and stared at the tennis players below me. Andrew smashed it over the net. Teddy missed as the ball flew past him extremely fast. Andrew paced his side of the court gripping his racket with white knuckles. He looked stressed out and confused.
I felt the same way.
“We’ll be out late. Don’t wait up for us.” my dad said as he pulled on his coat and grabbed the keys from the kitchen table.
“Yeah, have fun.” I muttered from where I leaned against the wall watching my family leave for the carnival. I hated the fact that I had to stay home and was damn well going to show it. My dad had pretty much excused all of my punishments these past two weeks but he was adamant about keeping me home tonight.
“I’m sure we will.” my dad said with a tight smile as he walked past me and out the front door. I glared toward my mom who stopped in front of me on her way out as my brothers raced their way to the car around me.
“Cheer up.” my mom said as she tapped my chin. “It’s only one year. You can always go next year.”
“Sure,” I nodded my head as she walked past me and followed everyone to the car.
“I’ll be sure to save you a funnel cake!” Nolen teased as he closed the door behind everyone. I glared at him and was tempted to throw my shoe. But I’m sure that would’ve gotten me in more trouble.
They left me in complete silence. I listened to the car leave the driveway and screamed. I couldn’t believe I had to miss the carnival. I couldn’t believe Andrew was going to be there with Sara. She was going to hang all over him and piss me off. Even if I wasn’t there I knew what was going to happen. I went to the living room and threw my body down on the sofa. I grabbed the remote control and flipped through the channels.
Hocus Pocus had just started. I love this movie. I watched it every year. When I was little it scared the shit out of me. Now it just made me laugh.
Four hours later it had grown dark. I watched Hocus Pocus and The Craft. I was bored as hell and growing more anxious by the second. I wanted to know what Andrew was doing. I wanted to know who he was with. I had to know if Sara was doing something incredibly stupid.
I’d moved before I’d even made up my mind. I grabbed my sister’s keys off the side table and grabbed my jacket. I checked my appearance in the hall mirror before I left. I had to look good if I was about to sacrifice my freedom in order to be happy. That didn’t make sense. It would make sense later when I was grounded for life because I disobeyed my dad’s orders.
Oh well.
If everything went well then it would be worth it.
I opened the front door to leave and came face to face with Andrew. He held his hand in the air as if he were going to knock when I answered. I jumped in shock since I hadn’t been expecting him to be standing there.
“What are you doing here?” I asked a little bit rudely. He chuckled in reply and lowered his hand.
“I figured I’d come and keep you company.”
“Why?” I snapped.
“Because, I don’t think your punishment was entirely reasonable.”
“Aren’t we using big words today?” I muttered with a smile.
“Are you going to let me in or make me stand here freezing all night?” he asked.
“It’s sixty degrees out, you’re fine.” I snapped. He smiled and stuck his hands in his jean pockets.
“Come on jelly belly, I came all the way over here to keep you company and now you’re just going to throw me out? What about last weekend?”
“Well seeing as how you haven’t really spoken to me since that weekend, I don’t know if that’s really an option.” I replied with a cheeky grin.
“Schools busy.” He shrugged knowing perfectly well that he had talked to me as much as he usually did. I have to admit it was a little bit awkward that we had been speaking after what happened on the couch but I was going to play it cool if he was.
“Fine Casanova.” I smiled and moved aside to let him in. "Um, do you want something to drink, or--" I started to ask Andrew out of courtesy
When I turned around he'd already kissed me
“Um—” I murmured once he pulled away from me.
“I’m sorry jelly belly,” he whispered running his hand along my jaw line. “I couldn’t help myself.”
“Neither can I.” I replied grabbing his face and kissing him hard. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me against him.
Our lips connected like they'd been doing it forever. Andrew grabbed my thigh and lifted it up as he spun me around and planted me on the couch. I smiled and shifted further onto it as he climbed on top of me. His lips roamed my jaw line and neck. I sighed and moved my hands underneath his shirt and up his chest. He sat up and pulled it off with one swift movement. I pulled him closer and licked his neck before kissing it. It was like taking a shot of tequila. I was enjoying every moment of it.
I pushed him over so I sat on top of him. I grabbed the hem of my shirt and slowly lifted it over my head. Thank goodness I'd worn a cute bra. I leaned toward Andrew and kissed him again. I got lost in his touch and taste. Our clothes were peeled off of each other slowly. I hadn't realized what had happened until Andrew hovered over me. I didn't want him to stop. I didn't want the feelings to stop. I pulled him toward me again and kissed him. He didn't hesitate anymore after that. I lay on my chest staring at him. It was almost midnight. He'd fallen asleep about half an hour ago. He'd tried as hard as he could to stay awake.
My family would be home soon I was sure. I leaned over and kissed Andrew on the cheek. I trailed my way down his jaw line, neck and chest. He woke up before I went too far south. I smiled and lay on top of him as he ran his hand through my hair.
"Hey," I whispered.
"Hey," He replied.
"My parents will be home soon." I kissed his chest.
"We should get dressed then." he replied with a sigh.
"Probably." I kissed his neck bone.
"I think I hear a car."
"Liar"
"Jen," he said as I nibbled on his neck. I didn't want this moment to end. I wanted to lay there forever and just be with him. "I'm not going anywhere."
"What?" I stopped and looked at him.
"I'm not going anywhere." He said again. I thought that was what he said.
"What do you mean?"
"I mean I'm supposed to spend the night."
"Oh," That's what he meant. I thought—well never mind what I thought.
"Do you want this?" he asked completely throwing me off. Now what was he talking about?
"Want what?" I asked as I rolled off of him and stood up. I grabbed my bra and began to reassemble my clothes. Andrew sighed and got off the couch to do the same.
“Don’t play games with me Jen, not now.” He sighed.
“I’m not playing games.” I gave a small laugh.
"Then answer me honestly, do you want a relationship with me? Do you want this" he pointed between himself and me.
I turned to stare at him. Half dressed with his shirt in his hand he looked so adorable. His hair had fallen out of its ponytail and was out around his shoulders. I walked toward him with only my bra and jeans on. I ran my hand through his hair and ran it down his chest.
"Yeah, I want this." I murmured.
He smiled and grabbed me around my waist.
“Okay then, will you be my girlfriend?”
“Officially?”
“Yes, officially?”
“Yes, Casanova, I will be your girlfriend.” I murmured wrapping my arms around his neck. He grinned and grabbed me by the waist. I gave a small squeal as he pulled me back toward the couch and kissed me hard.
“Good, because I wouldn’t haven’t taken ‘no’ for an answer.”
“Oh? And what were you going to do if I refused?” I giggled.
“Tell your brothers I ‘deflowered’ their little sister.” He smiled. “Then they would have made me date you.”
“Loser.” I nudged his shoulder.
“But don’t you love me?” he smiled.
“Of course.” I murmured pressing my lips against his for another sweet kiss.
Fin
