Claustrophobia

I awoke again with blood on my hands
She was lying there, she was motionless,
I swear I didn’t pull the trigger,
I don’t understand

Two minds in one body
It causes claustrophobia so extreme,
My body can’t respond at the same time,
And late at night, I still hear her scream,
And late at night, I can still hear her screaming,
And I can’t tell if I am dreaming,
Or awake,
I’ve had just about as much of this as I can take.

I have blood on my hands,
It was all a mistake,
Shake the magna again,
Take me out to the lake,
Where the water is clear,
I can wash off my sin,
And maybe then,
A new life can begin.
