Staring at its pale face
I cannot help but begin to ponder
Why does this thing follow me?
Tailing me, wherever I go
I turn around to find another
Staring, not keeping its eyes off of mine
I turn my head, back and forth
Viewing each of the faces
One dressed in a brilliant white
The other dressed in a morbid black
I step aside
And watch the two figures
Stare coldly at each other.
Soulless, emotionless
I find myself begin to smirk
The laughter rises
I find myself hysterically laughing at them
As my maniacal sound quells,
I too stare at them.
Still smirking.
For they are nothing
Without each other.
