Porcelain Girl

A skin so white
So pure and desirable,
So soft and adorable,
(So dead and hard)

Hair so silky smooth,
Untangled and feather like
So light and so beautiful
(So fake and so limp)

Clothing so pretty and colourful,
So comfortable and exciting,
So classy and dressy,
(So rough and repulsive)

Eye’s so pretty and round
So brightening and blue,
So loving and devoting
(So careless and hollow)

She watches you,
Day in and day out
Watching until you have gone,
Waiting until you turn like her.

With a sweet heart
(That no longer beats)
Pliant lips
(As cold as stone)

This porcelain girl
Needs no explanation,
With a blink of an eye she can make you like her.
So cold to everything but yourself.

A follower in another’s dress,
Make up so white like a ghost.
She can sneak up on you
And you are just another.

Watch for the Porcelain Girl,
She stands around the corner,
Waiting to get you
Waiting to make you a fake…

You can never tell I don’t like porcelain dolls now can you? lol R&R if you wish.... :D
