Downward Spiral

I wandered off to find

A place in my mind

But what should I get?

I didn't expect it

I didn't realize you were there

Did you know I care?

I opened the door to my mind

Only to look in and find

Memories of anger and sadness

In the danger of my madness

I didn't realized you were there

I pull the string on my puppet

Destruction my intention and is what I get

I dangle myself on a string to drown

My mind attached and spiraling down

I look up and see you there

Did you know I didn't care?

Not anymore, I just couldn't anymore

I am desperate and sore

Look at me, I am a puppet

I am posistioned on a set

I become a mannequin

But will you join a lonely mannequin

In her downward spiral?
