They say Silence before the fall.

They say fallin' ain't so bad.

I've fallen a thousand feet,

I'm not sure I am what I was before..

So it starts like this;

I hear the noise, the complaints,

These restraints, all the pain,

Pass the blame, throw away the shame,

Cause' round here feelin',

Emotion ain't real,

It don't mean anythin' to be yourself,

Surreal, like a world that never was,

But came to be through me, my thoughts and actions,

My reaction, factional faced,

I say to you no, I ain't tell no lies,

Yet still you feel the need to degrate,

To decimate me and my pride,

So holdin' on I fight back,

Hold my ground, ignore the flak,

All the plain hatred direct towards me,

The shit you make me feel, turn foward,

But I can't gain the ground back,

It's lost, nostalgia to go to where I was,

But after this and that I'm done again,

So I see, slippin' away, slippin' away,

This is me fallin' amidst the noise and clammer,

So they say Silence before the fall,

But from here and now I know it all,

Funny though, my death impending shall stop my worries-- No pain anymore's all I know..
