A/N I was walking and this came to mind I just had to write it. I don't know if I will continue it, I have about 10 stories that have no endings and I have abandoned Ares which I am fixing a bit now.

This is weird. I don't know how else to describe it. If you are easily ofended turn around now. This is very mild but if I decide to continue I won't hold back at all with this. Also the facts aren't real facts they are mostly Facts in Dolls/Sam's head.

Please let me know what you think and if I should continue or just leave it ther.


Her parents where divorced, just another divorce child. At 18 all her problems should be solved no more sharing time and holidays between parents.

Truth: She never wanted to see them again

Lie: She would never see them again once she turned 18.

Mom and Dad met some 20 years ago, mom was 16 dad was 10 more.

Truth: Mom loved him with all her heart

Truth: Dad was moms’ first love

Fact: first love usually is never real love

Lie: He loved her just as much.

Mom got pregnant at 17, grandma forced dad to marry mom and grandpa cried to see his little girl marry a bum.

Fact: their marriage was domed from the start.

Mom lost her child hood and her hope, was forced into a live she never new before. Dad earned a new addiction, dad lost his jobs, dad had lovers on the side.

Truth: Mom still loved dad

Truth: Dad didn’t know how to make this work.

Nine months came and went and a baby girl was born. Dad had never been so proud, dad had never loved so much. Mom was just a kid mom had gained a new doll. And that is how she was known, her name forgotten on a paper, everyone called her Doll.

Truth: They both loved her so much; everything would start new to make this good for her.

Truth: Nothing changed.

Fact: A baby can’t save a marriage.

Dad kept loosing jobs; dads addiction became more important than Doll. Mom figured out love wasn’t enough, mom wanted to keep doll away from dad.

Truth: Mom filled for divorce

Lie: Dad was sad to see the papers come.

Mom struggled to keep them both ok, surviving each day hoping for a miracle to happen, loving dad and wishing one day he would change. Dad for once felt alone, he moved back with grandma and saw Doll on the week ends, he missed Mom.

Truth: Dad grew to love Mom.

Fact: Miracles only happen in story books and bibles

Lie: The divorce papers were signed

Dad cleaned his act, dad found “god”. Mom forgave Dad and they once more started, this time it would be different. Doll turned 3 each day she looked more like her dad, dad was all for her the best.

Lie: Dad was the best

Lie: This time it would be different

Dad lost “god” and ended up in jail, mom had to use all their savings to get him out. Mom had to swallow her pride and go back to grandpas’ house with a bruised eyed a small suitcase and a scared 4 year old girl, who still looked like a doll, but had never seen Daddy so mad.

Lie: Dad didn’t go back to drugs

Fact: If mom didn’t get out for good now, she would most likely leave in a body bag.

Lie: Mom didn’t forgive dad

Truth: Dad was so sorry

Doll saw her Dad twice a month, to her there was no one better than her dad. Dad loved Doll and the time he was with her the addiction was put on hold. Mom wanted to move on didn’t want for Doll to fallow her steps. Doll was the princess of both households, grandpa had money to get her everything she could ever want, grandma had money to get her everything she didn’t even know she wanted.

Lie: Life was good for once

Lie: Gifts can heal wounds

Lie: Mom moved on

Fact: History tends to repeat it self.

Mom and dad tried it once more, this time they where together for only a month. Mom felt it was time to run and hide she fear dad would take Doll away. They packed their bags and left the country.

Truth: Mom eventually let dad know where they where

Truth: This time you did start over.

Lie: Dad tried to get you back

Lie: Dad called every day.

Fact: Girls with no dads tend to look for a male role model.

Life went on Doll grew up and soon only mom called her doll. Doll never smiled.

Truth: Doll was popular in school

Lie: Doll was happy

Lie: Doll and mom had no secrets.

Dad last call was a year ago. He said he would no longer be able to call, he was sorry and he loved her deeply. Doll didn’t cry she just shrugged and went out with her friends.

Lie: Doll didn’t miss him at all.

Lie: Mom didn’t resent him

Truth: They both still loved him.

A year past with no news from dad and then a letter came.

Lie: Dad knew about the letter.

Lie: Mom didn’t hide this from Doll

Truth: Dad was remarried

Fact: It was a beautiful wedding; the picture showed them all smiling.

It was mom and Doll against the world. They helped each other out and where a team. Sam turned fifteen, and met a boy.

Lie: Mom really liked the guy

Truth: Sam really liked the guy

Lie: Sam thought about dad

Truth: Mom thought about dad
