makes me wither, weaken.

I feel protected and comforted

staring into your eyes.

Everyday when I see you

I know I’m finally taking

that journey I see

Searching for the one so

desperately needed and wanted.

But when I see you

my heart melts at the core

and I fall speechless.

The impact of those eyes

green and deep,

fills me full of hope and dreams

I never had the chance to feel before.
