Should I think about the bliss I’ll get when I let it go?
Should I leave behind this eternity of horrible forlorn?
Should I just give up and take my bow and quickly leave the show?
Should I think back to what I’d miss,

Not just the bad, but the good in my future life;
Not just the hate, but who I love and who I might hold tight;
Not just pain, but beautiful memories to unwind;
Not just the dark, but that feeling when you walk into the light…

Should I question the meaning in life,

Should I criticize what life has shown me
- - When it’s only just the lining?
Should I just cut off my legs
- - Before I’ve had a chance to run?
Should I decide now to end my life
