Half and Half
I still cling
To childhood,
While I'm dipping into
Maturity.
I'm doing splits,
One leg with
Imaginary friends,
The other with
A steady job.
The only place
I don't belong
Is adolescence.
And at fifteen
That's the one place
I should be.
