Silver moon shining bright
Silver moon with radiant light
Though I cannot see the stars
Jupiter Neptune or Mars
Always you are there above me
In darkest night you let me see

And when darkness comes to claim my soul
You are the to keep me whole
Always under your protection
As guardian you’re my selection
You rid the world of all my foes
And listen close to all my woes

Yet like all things as morning come
You fade away your job being done
Still I know you shall return
Next night again your glory burn
Silver moon now please don’t leave me
Silver moon oh how I love thee
