Of light and shadow: Conversion

Child of shadow, child of light
Face the morning glory bright
Child of shadow show no fear
Child of light shall hold you near
While the light does now consume you
She’ll protect you as love ought to
Now child of shadow she takes flight
And all that remains are children of light
