Sails in the wind, now, achors away
Whatever that means, boy, we mustn't get sidetracked!
On with our journey, shipmates, t'arms!
To glory, to freedom, an' all things o' beauty!

Set sail and be free of yer burdens and troubles
Where bubblin' seas and ferocious beasts swim
Here, there's no naggin' wife, girlfriend, or makeup,
Just cannons and swords and big guns made of tin

We ain't cheap, we're desperate, as desp'rate men be
We plunder and pillage the village, y'see
'cuz we're hungry and hungry men act out of instinct, and
instinctively, we're the best on the sea

Hats in the air and hearts in the sea
Full speed and ahead and whatever that means
No time to be worryin', boy, this is real
We're pirates with shiny gold treasures to steal

Yo-ho! Yo-ho! We sail towards the sun!
Huzzah! Huzzah! Hurray!
Batten down the hatches and turn that big, round thingy
We're off to seize the day!

Now we fly, now we win or we die
Romantic, adventurous we
Now we fight, we live or take flight
But forever free

Yo-ho!
