shame screaming forth, pouring out
blind-sided by your own paranoia
voices of echoes flit through your mind
and you believe you are broken
thoughts crumble, left unspoken
despair most retched rots the heart
tears drying up before the rain starts
used and abandoned you mumble your sins
utter without as you bleed within
and you begin to wither
heart frozen begins to melt
aged by remorse of weakened mind
hands pull at you lost in the dark with no glimmer to find
drunk on the shame of the condemned
stumbling forth blackened with sin
constitution deteriorates as you reach the end
and you once again find yourself left to ashes here in the wind
