The Lack of Envy

I may envy

The way she can

Make people listen,

But I will never envy

Her.

She is cold

And unforgiving,

So she has made herself

Unforgivable.

She is too angry

At the world

To be a real

Member of it.

I am content

With being quiet and

Unnoticed,

For I would never

Want to be

Loud

And hated,

The way that she

Has come to be.
