Deaf Ears

When she finally

Screams for help

No one will be there.

We have grown tired

Of being pushed away

By insults

Snapped at us

In response to a hello.

When she finally

Screams for help

No one will be there.

She has walked all over us

And we are fed up

With being

Her inferiors.

When she finally

Screams for help

No one will be there.

We have our own lives to worry about

And it has been all about her

For far too long.
