When I saw her I knew

That she was the one

I started to follow her

Oh, this would be fun

At first I let her spot me

Maybe once or twice

Gave her a hint

Just to be nice

Yet she, like the others,

Couldn’t get it through her head

She didn’t know

That she’d soon be dead

More time went by

And she spotted me again

She still didn’t realize

That I’d soon do her in

Still, after a while

She began to worry

When she went out of her house

She made sure to hurry

As the days went by

I prepared for the kill

Preparing to take her life

Against her will

I planned the event

On a certain date

When she went outside

She would meet her fate

Devices I could use

Went through my head

The knives in my drawer

The chainsaw under my bed

I got too excited

As the day came near

I let her see me too much

Caused her too much fear

She went to me to ask for help

Not knowing who I would be

I was surprised but lied to her

She couldn’t see the real me

I led her in the wrong direction

Told her she was fine

But she hadn’t the slightest clue

That soon she would be mine

I decided to do it

On that very day

Lest she discover me

And somehow get away

Down the alley she came

Whistling a tune

While I sat in the shadows

Planning to strike soon

I put my foot down

On the ground

She turned about

When she heard the sound

I did it again

To give her a fair warning

But she didn’t pay attention

And kept on going

She finally was afraid

And took off running

But she couldn’t escape

Because I was coming
