Epilog

A/n: Okay what you about to read is to the second addition of Cross My Heart And Hope You Die. I think I’ll call it, Now I Lay You Down To Sleep. I’m so excited, but I’m gonna do it right this time. I’m here by promise to revise my work before posting. That’s right no more silly grammatical errors that ruin the whole piece. The chapter will also be a lot longer. Normally they are 3 pages, really short. Now they will be 6-?. I’ve already started mapping out what I want to do with it. So with out further ado, here is a little tiny sneak peek to my next book, Now I Lay You Down To Sleep.

“Running, Running. Just keep running, keep on running for your life. La de da”, I sang my self a song in my head as I ran from the demon behind me. I looked back just in time to get tackled to the ground. “ADRIENNE, your stupid boyfriend is being unfair”. I watched her emerge from the shrubs in the graveyard, “You know you have to be the biggest sissy I’ve ever meet, when you face someone that actually wants to kill you their not gonna play fair”. Talon let me go and stood up shifting back into his human looking form, stupid dope. “I don’t see why you have to train me anyway, there are plenty of people capable of doing it”. She helped me up, “You listen to me Sage, you’re my little sister, and don’t really care how long I’ve known. I do now and I’m gonna train you. Maybe some day you can fill my boots but right now you’re just a scared little girl like I was”. I jerked my hand away, “Yeah whatever, can we go home now, school starts tomorrow and I have a lot to do”. She grunted at me, “Fine”.

Of course it wasn’t that easy, nothing is easy with Adrienne as an older sister. Talon and her poofed away leaving me to walk because I didn’t have my powers yet. I sighed and started the long walk home. “Out of the graveyard and through the streets, to the evil sister’s house I go”, I smirked as I skipped out the graveyard singing another song to keep me busy.

“So how do you think she’s doing”, Talon piped in once we we’re home”. I smiled as I put up the weapons, “she sucks, but she’s improving at the same time. I figure she could take a normal vamp, but nothing more”. He nodded, “she isn’t to good with her feet, clumsy”. I nodded, “Yeah I noticed that when she tripped when she looked back at you, then I noticed you tripping over her”. He blushed, “Yeah it was an honest mistake”. I smirked, “So how long till she gets back”. He shrugged then smiled, “Hmm I think we have time to play a game or two”.

A/n: okay that was your little sneak peek. I'm thinkin there should be lots of conflict in this story. It's still Adriennne's story just so you know i was just letting you see deeper into Sage's mind. See this story is Adrienne's life durring this new faze. She has someone she's resposible for. What will she do when Sage doesn't return that night she left her in the graveyard.

Oh and i want to explain both titles.

Cross my Heart And Hope You Die: This one is pretty self explanitory, vampires and crosses. At first this story was only going to be about vampires, then i decided to go all crazy one night and BOOM. But you get it right, She's blocking her feelings for Talon while Hoping Roman Dies.

NowI lay you Down to Sleep: Okay this one is about Adrienne carinf for Sage, She 'lays' her down to sleep. Not sure exact detail of this stroy yet but it is a work in progress so, yeah progress. look for it in the next month to be published. I'm gonna write a few chapters before i post the first.
