I can’t think of a greeting that doesn’t incriminate me

Just don’t feel me out

(I can’t stand being figured)

You knew that in the days

Of silk and sugar paper

When summer was all in the skies.

And all that I wanted was

To be alive

Haven’t you ever wanted to fall?

Sweetheart, don’t drop the bomb

Unless you do

(Explosions take me higher)

Into empty cartridge hearts

And flowing words

With stolen

Meanings:

I love you

Love can always exist

It never dies
