I Make My Home In The Corner

Of A Cold Hospital Room,

Nobody Told Me It Would Be Like This,

How Could Doctors and Room Nurses

Become My Best New Best Friends?

All Seems Impossible,

Hard For Someone To Understand,

Yet There They Are...Dressed In Blue.

Illness Takes Over,

But It's Not My Body That's Sick,

How Can I Be Scared In A Place So Safe?

No,I Can't Sleep At Night,

Even If Everyone Says That

She's Alright,

Still I Can't Close My Eyes

So The Nightmares Come To Me In The

Daylight.

This Is Just A Foot-Note Of My New Life.

My New Life

How Am I Supposed To Feel?

Hiding Myself From Everyone's Eyes.

The Days Go By and I'm Watching From

The Outside.

Closed In and Guarded by

My New Life

How Am I Supposed To Feel?

My New Life
