Tears of pain

This is where it all began

It started as a normal conversation

Instead we went to arguing

Saying things that we don’t mean

Slowly you said I should better go

That I’m better of alone

And making it on my own

I took your words seriously

And went packing immediately

But you stopped me when I reached the door

I saw you begging on the floor

You said it was all a mistake

Calling you out names for Heaven’s sake

You said to forgive me

And to forget all the misery

But I could not

For fear it will happen again

Then you took my hand and start caressing it

I looked up nervously

Your eyes glistened

My mouth went dry

Then with a soft kiss

You said my final wish

“Marry me…”
