His sunken body danced in empty circles around the sun

Fingertips and hips carving void no-one-knows cries

And fragile, unsympathetic sighs into

Blood-shot eyes.

And the needle that tatters his skin

Just doesn’t shatter his veins like it used to…

Euphoria blistered minds turn blue in

One… two… three steps to ruin you.

Don’t turn away

Don’t say this day with disappear

Because memory stays and slaves

In pain forever.

Remember the smile that saved your soul

For he dances in circles around the sun

And he won’t let you drown in spider web veins

Like he has done.
