What is it?

I always thought it had to do with a person

But perhaps its a concept

A way of life?

Why does it feel so wierd?

The pursuit of True Love

is not what I'd always imagined

laced with heartache and pain

perhaps I've been wrong all these years

and its not True Love of a person

but of Life itself

being at peace with yourself

and knowing that You are doing

what You believe is right

True Love is a wonderful thing

to share with another person

but on the same side of the coin

perhaps True Love is a concept

of loving yourself

and allowing yourself

to love another

in such a perfect way.

Though I do not have a girlfriend

nor a wife, or a family

I have True Love.

True Love of My friends, family and myself.

This is why I smile.
