A/N: I just now finished writting this. I've read it over and tried to catch any mistakes, if there is anything terrible please let me know. will probably eat the email adresses, so if it looks weird or blank it was an email adress.

Puddle of Dreams Cancel Tour.
This morning SRV records in a News letter announced that due to personal problems the band Puddle of Dreams has had to cancel their world wide tour. The cries of outrange from fans across the globe where heard, the band has not come forward with any explanation and the label isn’t taking any calls.
Puddle of Dreams was touring to promote their fourth album “Gone with out a Shadow” that was released earlier this year. The first leg of the tour that included a few U.S dates was completed, but more than 100 shows have been cancelled.
There has been no explanation to what happen or if the band will ever tour again. Rumors are running wild in the internet everything from death of a band member, to a break up.
Tickets purchased for cancelled show will be reimbursed.

Does anyone know why they cancelled the tour? I mean what could have happened for them to this? That band what’s their names kept touring even after their drummer died.
Do you guys think Derek died? I mean anyone else is replaceable.
I hope they didn’t break up! I will die if they do!

Something big had to happen. But I’m sure the guys will let us know what soon enough.
You should really watch what you say though. None of them are replaceable and I hope no one died!

I can’t read the words you left behind. I stare at the screen still wondering why. I feel my hear shattering as though it pulls it self together just to break in my chest once more, just so I can feel the pain once more.
I can only think of being with you, of joining you. I miss you so much. I still can’t believe that you are gone. Why couldn’t you wait for me? Why couldn’t you trust me?

You hated Romeo and Juliet, the star cross lover united by death. Such a stupid story to die for love. Why have you abondoned me to feel her pain? To be left behind wishing nothing more than death?

After putting some of his feelings on paper, Josh stood up walking towards the window he cracked the sun outside has hidden it self. He opens the sliding door and steps outside. Fishing out the lighter in his pocket, he crouches down. He holds the letter from a corner and then brings the lighter to it, he watches it burn and the wind carries the amber colored pieces up to the sky. It gets to hot to hold and he lets it go.
He stands there looking out to the mountains, trying to figure out where he goes from here, if he even is suppose to go anywher now.

“Derek you boys need to make an announcement!” Derek is in Zac’s car. They just landed and his phone, their phones have not stopped ringing. At the moment he is on his phone with the label representative.
Their manager is trying to get a hold of Josh but he doesn’t pick up his house or cell phones. Rachel isn’t answering either.
“I can’t say anything till I’ve spoken with Josh” He tells the man for the hundredth time.
“You are in breach of contract and the promoters are demanding your heads on a silver platters. I need an announcement by tonight. Right a letter to the fans letting them know what happened and when you think you will be touring again.” The man hangs up.
Zac and Jay Bird decide it best not to say anything. They would deal with the promoters and label. They hoped once the fans knew what happened they would understand.
“We need to write a letter, send it out as an email and posted everywhere. Rumors have to be going wild by know and once we know what happened to Kate it is best if we let everyone know what we want them to know before shit starts leaking.” Derek says. The other nod and continue their drive to Kate and Josh’s house.

They don’t bother to ring the door bell, the door is locked but they all have keys. It’s their first time in the house and it is all dark, not a single light on to hint to where Josh could be.
“Find a light switch” Zac tells Jay bird, who is feeling around the wall till he finds the switch.
“I’ll check upstairs,” Says Jay bird already making his way up the stairs. Derek and Zac look at each other and with out a word head in opposite directions.
Derek opens the door to a bathroom and then a closet. The third door isn’t closed but at least it is an actual room, it’s empty but he sees a computer that is on and he can smell cigarette smoke. He steps into the room and looks around, he notices the sliding door is open and walks out.
He finds Josh crouched down against the wall, one arm around his knees and the other with a cigarette in his hand. Derek moves silently towards him and sits next to him. Josh is startle by the shadow and when looks over Derek hugs him.
Josh cries into his arms, feeling he somehow has let Derek down. Derek holds him, holds him as tight as he can unable to say everything he feels, unable to think of anything he could say that could help his fried now.

“He is not upstairs,” says Jay bird walking into the kitchen.
“Not this way either. Derek went this way, lets see if he had more luck” Jay Bird follows Zac.
They find Josh and Derek outside still hugging and with silent tears rolling down their eyes. Though Zac and Jay Bird cared for Kate they can not begin to imagine how their friends must feel.
Feeling awkward Jay Bird moves back into the house and sits in front of the computer reading what ever is on the screen.

While in Germany we received a terrible phone call. Kate past away, as you all know Kate has been part of the band even though she doesn’t play an instrument, not only was she our friend but she also was engaged to Josh, they were going to marry as soon as we were done touring.
We are all grieving. As a band we decided that instead of postponing the tour dates we would cancel them, we don’t want to put the pressure of going back on the road on Josh until he feels ready for it.
We haven’t broken up, and we promise to make it up to the fans. We want to thank you all for supporting us and understanding us.
