Someone of Importance

Someone has to save us.

Someone of importance.

Someone who will care.

Why doesn't anyone care

that the world is corrupted,

that the children are all dead,

that parents have been murdered,

why doesn't anyone care?

Why does the government lie to us?

Why can't we choose ourselves?

Why do we follow laws when the ones who

created them can't even follow them themselves?

We all have unanswered questions,

that scar us all.

But there shall be a someone,

someone of grave importance,

someone who will care.

Someone shall save this world.
