for those of you who have been following this piece, i am officially telling you; it has come to a close. and yes, there was truth to every chapter here.

this was a story about me, and the boy who changed me most.

if you have read it, you have read me. short poems. things scribbled in journals and on scraps of cardboard. & i thank you for it. but these days, i can't keep up with this the way i ought to. don't worry. he'll be in the rest of my writing. i wrote the first chapter of this in early may, published it at the end, and all of it was really only a beginning.

(i can say it now, you know -- i love him.)
