Stupid child that I am.

I hope,

I dream,

But that’s the only thing I can do.

Insolent child that I am.

I demand,

I criticize,

But there’s nothing more I can do.

Incompetent child that I am.

I boast,

I scowl,

Yet that’s all I can think of doing.

And what’s worse is that none of these can make anyone love me.
