Weigh me down, tug me farther than I already am.

Hurt me, kiss me, hate me, love me.

Don't you dare try to dry my tears,

just let me suffer in the silence of my screaming mind.

Do you know what I do to myself?

Stop breathing, holding in the tears

Bite my tounge 'til it bleeds.

But when you can't see it, it never happens.

My only defense is torn away when you ask me to speak.

I can't even form words at the site of you.

Take a breath, close your eyes.

Stop the voices screaming in your ears.

Let the oxygen flow to your brain cease to exist,

as your heart becomes more and more heavy

with the guilt and pain of your secrets.
