Recalling the look of you simple smile
The sound of our contagious laughter
The happy memories of our sweet time together
And all the drama’s we shared

Your happiness have slaved me
In this inescapable prison of bliss
Made of bar of memories and shackles of warmth
Yet I feel free

I’ve thrown away the key to this chamber
Still you are letting me go
Leaving me lost outside of this confinement
Nevertheless I’m thankful

This mild sensation of the love you’ve given me
The flavor of passion you’ve let me taste
You affection soothing the roughest days
And your mood that changes quickly like storm

This feeling of endless falling feels like flying
And I want you to soar with me
To take each other to the greatest heights
Hand in hand

Living side by side in harmony
And in harmony sometimes we are sad
But the sadness cannot equal our ecstasy
And in that ecstasy ‘I love you’

This poem is a tribute to the girl I love. This day is a special day for us… Couples call it a monthsary but I’m too busy to visit her and spend some time together so I made this poem instead. This poem is definitely inspired by her so I want lots of REVIEWS!!! ;
