Apathy Dwells Here

As I lay here my condition would be labeled as “conscious”
But you and I both know better
My condition is no longer pleasure without you
I am struck down in awe of your insensitivity and insanity
You have far surpassed my vast depths of thinking
And in doing so gone from friend to foe

I am trying you for High Treason
But I don’t want you to be sentenced to death-
(In that I would be sealing my own fate with yours )
All I ask for is an apology
