Never will it be the same

Not since you went away

The thoughts I have are of just you

You’re stuck inside my brain

I know you’re gone forever

And the only one I’ve known

I opened up and let you in

But now you’ve passed away

You’ve moved into the other realms

In which night is clear as day

In heavens sharp with light and fear

And cotton balls of grey

You lie in peace by the suns’ ray

With tears so dark they stain
