When he whispers in your air

You’ll know this earth is good and right

So now you’ve found the perfect place

You know what must be done tonight

Now quick pick up your crimson spade

Fear not the color of your steel

The threat they gave was far to dangerous

Your danger there was all to real

Mother’s voice is calling for you

Mother’s calling you home

Back to the dust that you once came from

Back to the source of flesh and bone

A flash, a flash, a flash again

Thunder rages in your ears

From the staffs of mighty Zeus

You make their eyes to flow with tears

But now your friends have failed you all

Their bodies gave in to the light

That came from Zeus’s other bearers

Ceased to live and ceased to fight

Mother’s voice is calling for you

Mother’s calling you home

Back to the dust that you once came from

Back to the source of flesh and bone

They wasted no time to condemn you

Your peers have handed you your fate

Now you’ve seen the end of history

There’s nothing you can do but wait

A troubled soul, a twisted path

A crooked house about to fall

A fraying rope about to snap

And Mother Dear saw to it all

Mother’s voice is calling for you

Mother’s calling you home

Back to the dust that you once came from

Back to the source of flesh and bone
