Author's Note: I'll say it straight outthat this is about aone-sided Teacher/Studentrelationship. This is based on my upcoming story, "The End Of Heartache". Don't like the theme? Don't flame me about it. I only want criticism on the poem itself, not its content.

Falling Headfirst Towards Another Heartbreak

Falling headfirst towards another heartbreak

It's all my fault with these complications I make

One look into those pools of green

And I can't help but want to scream

I'm loving something out of reach

There's so much left to teach

Although you've taught me more than I thought you could

Made me willing to give up more than I should

Yet you never gave up hope on me ever

Wish this year would last forever

The day of our farewell is crawling near

Although I know you will be here next year

The chains that bind us will crumble and fade

We can say goodbye to all the love that was made
