i can’t believe
how quickly you
left me here

left me here to die

“after all, love…
i never actually cared for you

“liar”
i whisper
and i wish day and night that
you are lying through
your teeth
because i don’t want to
believe what you say

and gosh,
will you just look at
the scarlet rouge
on the tips of your fingers?
how beautiful

and

no matter how
oxidized it appears to be,
the love that we once had
is still here in
front of us,
waiting…

biding it’s time

but i'm on
the brink of destruction
the edge of paranoia

why won’t you come and
save me?

because time is running out

tick tock

I knew I shouldn’t have trusted you.
(after all, you left me before...
and i should have known you would do it again)

...tick tock...
