Star dust and glittering lights

swirl above my head

in a monotonous rhythm.

Remember we all came from star dust.

I set fourth on the arduous task

of forgetting you and leaving you

stranded in the midnight sky.

I can feel the tension behind my eyes

The red faced, green eyed monster pollutes my veins
