I hope when all this is over

When we can finally enjoy the good stuff

When the lights turn on the happiness

When dreams actually come true

When we can believe that supernatural will happen

I hope we can sit down and enjoy it.

I don’t want to lose my whole life on insignificant job

That I have just to pay the bills

I want to use my life to enjoy my family

To appreciate everything they go through

I want to be there when they decide that they want to be a butterfly

Or they are going to be the coolest kid on the block

I don’t want to miss a single thing while I’m away

Away doing labor that won’t mean anything when I’m dying

I want my life to mean something

I want to be known for being a great, heartfelt person

Not somebody that you saw but never knew

I want to have those relationships that mean everything

Those little things people do just to make you feel better

I want to be the person the neighbors make brownies for

When she is too sick to get up

I want them to like me for being that I am.

I don’t want to miss anything in life.

I hope when this is all over,

I can do what I dream.
