Laugh
about what this book says, cry about what this book says, it doesn’t
matter; just know what this book says. To some, this information will
be nothing, to others it will be everything, but all is true.
Do
not believe in one God only, unless that is your wish, but believe in
all the Gods worshipped, and all the Gods not.
This book is about
Gods unknown, Gods whose names are barely heard, if they are heard at
all. This book will be about The Elemental Gods, each and every one
of them; the good things, and the bad things.
But let us start with a legend…
Centuries ago, countless Gods and
Goddesses roamed the Earth, each having an element of their own.
Stronger ones ruled over the weaker ones, but no advantage was taken;
it almost seemed perfect.
But blinded by their own jealousy, the
weaker Gods and Goddesses joined forces, creating an army strong
enough to oppose the stronger ones. The two forces clashed, and
Atlantis, the continent where the battle held place, sunk to the
bottom of the sea to never rise again.
The clash created another,
stronger being, a being stronger then the strongest Goddess, and far
past the stage of God-hood, even when no one thought that
possible.
The weaker Gods and Goddesses dropped to their knees in
front of the stronger ones and begged for forgiveness and help
against the dark being even after all they had done to them.
The
stronger ones relented, and both sides fought together against the
being that has never received a name.
Victory was achieved, but
names became forgotten, and to the human race the Elemental Gods
where no more, creating a disturbance in the balance of life.
As
we look at the human soul of today, and compare it to the human soul
of the beginning of humanity, we see but a fragment of the impact
that forgotten names can give.
Wars started and nature got
destroyed, and most of the Elemental Gods turned their backs on
humanity, claiming not to have helped create them, for they did not
recognise what they saw in their eyes.
And thus the forgotten
names stayed forgotten to most but a few, and the few that did
remember them were blessed with their help in the hardships of life,
and a guardian that was strong enough to overthrow the fury of an
angry God or Goddess.
One by one, the humans lost memories of the
Gods, and one by one they lost the guardians they used to have so
much faith in, and the Elemental Gods were not mentioned once
again.
Reincarnations of people that hadn’t forgotten them were
born again, granted a guardian since birth; a guardian that either
chose to show themselves to the human they protected, or chose not
to, making sure their existence would never be forgotten
completely.
Even though the Elemental Gods all have their
own sign, these signs can not be used for summoning unless the God or
Goddess wishes too appear in front of your eyes. If you have a
guardian, the God or Goddess you invoked will tell you who, and if
you don’t, the God or Goddess might choose to protect you.
Their
signs are always on them. It may be a tattoo on their body, a jewel
they wear, or a crest on their clothing. If you doubt they are one of
the Elemental Gods and ask them to show their sign, they will relent
and show you, proving their existence.
This book will hold all the
signs and tell you where they can be found, as will it hold drawings
of the Gods and Goddesses so that you will recognise them.
But let me stop this intro about the seals, and continue to the next subject; Twins.
A noticeable thing about the Elemental Gods is
the fact that they all have a twin. Most of the time the element of
the twin is the opposite of the element of the other, but that is not
always true.
It is true however, that the twins whose elements
oppose each other are the strongest twins, marking them as the
stronger Gods and Goddesses from the legend, and the twins who don’t
have the opposing elements are marked as the weaker Gods and
Goddesses.
Do not believe these Gods and Goddesses to be weak,
though, for they are most certainly not. Gods and Goddesses who have
twins can draw the strength from the other to help them in hard
battles and other hardships.
When a twin is destroyed, for there
are ways to kill the so-called “immortal”, the other twin goes
completely ballistic, and their powers go wild. The surviving twin
becomes stronger as it absorbs all the powers of the deceased twin,
but as long as the surviving twin can survive for a hundred years,
the deceased twin returns and both twins turn their backs on the Gods
and Goddesses that were responsible for the death of the revived
twin, and the ones that tried to kill the surviving ones.
But
now, this book will really start, and the Gods and Goddesses
forgotten will be named, each with their own information, and
descriptions. I recommend you read each and every Gods and Goddesses
through completely and carefully. You can form your own opinion about
them, but do not voice them to the God or Goddess unless you are well
enough acquainted with them.
Now, on with the Gods and Goddesses…
