Connected as one,
fused together.
We think the same thoughts.
We act the same way.

I laugh when you laugh.
You cry when I cry.
We're happy when we're together.

Then one day she came along.
She stole you away from me.

I cried and I suffered.
You laughed and you joked.
You left me behind to die.

Don't you feel my pain?
Don't you hear my cries?
I want you and I need you.

You've kept me alive,
all of those years.
Then she stole you away like that.

How can I take so much from you?
Why do i wait for the phone to ring?
Why do I want the door to open for you?
Why can't we be connected again?
