Being alone is only a state of mind
You're never alone unless you make it so
Self mutilation is not a glamorous thing
Into the realms of the unhelpable
They sentence themselves
A tragic thing; so many believing they are
Unrescuable
You are not too far gone
Help must first come from yourself
In the dark pits of grief and anguish
The tortured ones lie wrapped in bitterness
Wrapped in sometimes self-fed lies of being worthless
Alone
