A forgotten world of an old charm.
If there be a moment to belong to me
A safe little world I would build upon.

A place to rest the weary souls.
A garden of paradise. An Eden for my own.
Where the birds sing forever long
Where the black sky, should it rise,
Never would lose its precious lights.
A crystal river beside which,
Once laboured breaths, come with ease.

A simple world.

A place not yet disturbed,
Not yet missing a child’s gentle touch,
Where your laughter will never cease to be.

A complete world.

And should this become the end,
One look back would assure
Not a saddened heart
But colourful memories
Splashes of simple joys.

This would be the one last wish,
Before my final step to some other world.
