Life has changed slightly

Not much, but a little

Wow, so much time has flown by

Before my eyes

And I feel like I missed some things

Little things

Another four years or so have gone

I always wanted to wake up before dawn

To see the morning light

Drink tea and read the morning newspaper

Before starting a brand new day

Yet here I am today

Reflecting on the years that have just slipped away

Woke up this morning

Getting ready for another day to go to work

As it always starts my days these days

Realizing that there’s so much I wanted to realize

Yet gone back to the old routine

Not having much time to think

Nor time to drink my morning tea

And read the newspaper on the balcony

Dreams were so beautiful

Dreaming about all the things I wanted to accomplish

Not much to some

Impossible to others and some would say that I am too much of a dreamer

Today I woke up and realized that my dreams

The daily things of doing this and doing that

Has made me forget my dreams

As they remained hidden in a corner collecting dust

Another day has gone by

As I woke up for yet another day

Yet today is different day because I realized that my dreams are still lying there

It’s time to begin a new chapter in my life

Start a brand new day

Drinking my morning tea and read the newspaper

To start on my road ahead
