Your name is etched into the paint
that serves as a film on the bathroom wall.
Since it was written it's grown faint,
I'm surprised it's still there at all.
An angry girl wrote that name
and as she carved it there she was satisfied,
but now she feels ashamed;
And when she goes into that bathroom
a part of her dies.
