poison free

God, I just want to be...

(...I want to be clean
& pure)

to show you just how much you mean to me
(no drugs, lies, sex, alcohol…)

but dear God,
do these scars upon my skin count?
does the blood dripping down my arms
count as poison?

God, i promise you –
