The Prophecy
The young boy awaits his fate
As the prophets decide
How to test the supposed great
One stride at a time
They pit him against a shallow dragon
Seeking nothing but blood
The dragon saw blood as its own
Creating a great red flood
The prophets are amused as of then
So they test the boy again
They order him to count to ten
To see if he could challenge men
The boy failed, you see
Because his mother was wraught
Teaching him strentgh and courage
Turned a blind eye to smarts
The search continued long and wide
Until they found a small boy with pride
He could throw, he could fight
But best of all, he could write.
