Across the Wind

This beauty frail and thin
Dead upon a cursed wind
Flowers blooming to and fro
Along the cursed wind she blows

I have seen my mistress
She throws a sparkling kiss
To all who dare look upon
Her holy face

Come to me maiden across the sea
I have heard this beloved goddess
Crying out for me

Such a rich vibrant melody
Sugary syrupy sweet
So like my mistress to be
Her own original catastrophe

A/N: I know this poem is short but I love it because it reminds me of poems written by my favorite authors like Robert frost. Though certainly I will never be as talented as he.

Have a nice day
