With days filled with ups and downs,
No day was to compete with such.
But, alas, I loved the day,
I loved it very much.

With highs so high,
I could touch the sky…
And downs so sown,
I felt like I could die.

But that's part of being bi-polar,
I've learnt to deal with it-
Pretend to smile when I'm down,
And laugh when it's not fit.

But all's in a days work for me,
Can't you see?

I'm up,
I'm down,
I'm all around.

I'm used to it,
It helps to comfort me,
Can't you see?
It's all a part of being me.
