NOTE: Alice, you're the one who gave me those words, so whatever the result is, it's your fault -sticks tongue out at Alice- The words she chose were: exile, alchemy, rouge, angelic, glint, sanctuary, appocolypse, red, aeon, flame. If anybody wants me to write them a "ten words" poem, just tell me the words! This WILL have other "chapters" which will be other "ten word" poems.

Self exile

Rouge upon the devil's cheeks

Avoid global catastrophy

With alchemy

The no longer angelic form

The angel's been torn

That glint in the eye

That will to survive

But to the contrary

There is no sanctuary

Can we avoid the appocalypse

With a simple kiss from red

Bloodstained lips

The question has been asked for an aeon

But still nothing was ever done

By the time the truth finally came

The world had been devoured by an eternal flame
