That is what defines many cultures today

But the truth is

Love is a very strange thing

It can heal broken hearts

It can blind you

It can help you share feelings

It can help build friendships

But what I’ve found out from you

Is that love

Is what let me feel this way

Love has helped me to see past the bad

And only see the good

It has given me a reason to hope

When there was no hope to be found

I wouldn’t trade our love

For all the jewels, money,

Or love the world has to offer

For you see,

I love you more than this world

And I will always love you

I cannot describe this feeling inside me

It’s like overflowing with happiness

And only thinking about you

Is what occupies my life every day

The thought of losing you

Is like a nightmare in the daytime

If I had to live without you by my side

That wouldn’t even be considered living
