Nom de Guerre

Peace and be still my writing quill,
For though not dead, I love you still.
Despite all things, what you will bring,
Is pain and woe meant for a king.

Your promises have all been broke
Your evil ways you cannot cloak.
You mean to bring the end so near
My life, my love, you can't stay here.

Go far away and there you'll stay
Until the end of raining May.
And don't come back or you will know
The vengeance of the winter's snow.

Please listen to my will so kind
And do not make me change my mind.
I can't believe you anymore,
Leave and remember, close the door.

This is the end, but not of me
For now I can finally see.
Therefore, I refuse desire's heart
And will return back to the start.
